Art at the Pumphouse returns for its 15th Year
July 30 & 31
Julia Kane Studios Booth 19
Organizers are expecting a crowd to make their way to Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre on August long weekend for the return of the Art at the Pumphouse. Their annual juried show and sale has been running every summer since 2006 but was cancelled in the past two years because of the pandemic. This much-awaited event will be held in the art hub of the community, a setting befitting this special celebration of arts and artists.
The 2022 Art at the Pumphouse features over 50 professional artists & artisans exhibiting a wide range of original works including paintings, photography, sculpture, woodwork, glass, textiles, jewellery and more.
New to this year’s event is a virtual exhibit now available for viewing until August 7th in their website. The online show allows exhibiting artists and artisans to connect with remote customers virtually; and provides a preview for the much-awaited in-person show.
Visitors are invited to stay and relax in the picnic tables on the outdoor grounds while enjoying musical entertainment. Refreshments will be available for sale from a Niagara-on-the-Lake favourite, Sweets & Swirls. Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre will also be hosting a silent auction to raise funds for its programs.
